If a product is found to be defective within the first 90 days after purchasing, simply contact us.  You will receive a response within 3 business day with return information. When the product is returned you MUST include a copy of the original receipt and we will replace it for free of charge.

We offer a Lifetime Guarantee on the technology in ALL of our products. If for any reason you feel the technology in our product is not working, simply return it to the address below and we will re-imprint it for you. Please include return address and contact information.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee:
If you are not completely satisfied, for any reason after wearing our product for a complete 30-Days, return the product with a copy of your receipt, for a complete refund, less any shipping costs. Refund will not be issued prior to the end of the 30 days. Return offer expires 45 days after date of purchase.

Replacement Program:

If you experience a problem with your purchase after the manufacturer’s warranty has expired, we will gladly replace it for you at 50% of current retail price, plus $6.95 shipping.  If product is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar item.

DO NOT ship a Bracelet in a plain white envelope it can get ripped out of the envelope when going through the Postal service automatic sorter. 

Any Item returned should be shipped in a protective padded envelope or box so that your items does not get lost or damaged in the mail.   True Frequency Products will not be held responsible for items that are not packed and shipped properly.
